Yeah he’s an idiot. Nero uses Arcane magic not whatever dark bs that kid’s on about. Her magic is sealed, end of.

But she literally used magic to save asta in the first ep of this arc

she does not have dark powers, her look is the result on her using a higher magic spell than her own magic powers can do.
Elves can do those higher spells because they are loved by mana and basically have mostly infinite mana so to speak.

let me explain that to people who still not understand that: nero has magic called sealing magic but when she tried to seal the devil she had to use the stones of the elves knwing that human can't handle the power of it which make her later turn into a bird (curse like effect from using those stones on devil) it is true she got some devil powers after the first magic king ressurected and she was able to control her curse but her curse isn't actuall power (or at least for now) because her sealing magic is the only power she can use or turning from human to bird and otherwise
as for powers drecly related to devil...3.. sorry but there isn't any ......yet

i got what he wanted to say,that "Transforming into a bird" thingy is actually a curse applied to people that use forbidden magic,meaning it has nothing to do with magic at all,she should have became a bird automatically because of non-existent control of magic resulted from her magic being blocked by those cuffs.

The only real explanation to why she can`t become a bird is that because of the curse she got from using forbidden magic became her own magic,meaning she can control the curse as being her own magic (i know it sounds complicated),and that`s because she used again those stones on first Magic Wizard statue,meaning the stones actually made the curse part of her magic.

And that my friend is why she can`t become a bird,because its now her magic (like transformation magic) or something related to that.

Long story short
She used a higher magic spell,than her own magic power--->>>resulting in her paying the price and transforming into a bird---->>>so that`s basically the curse.

Result
She used the stones as a catalyst first (to actually manage doing that higher magic spell) and resulted in sealing the Devil--->>but she actually continued using the power of her sealing to seal the First Wizard King and his magic with the help of the stones.

Conclusion
After 500 years,due to need of first Wizard King she used the same STONES--->>to undue her sealing spell--->>in that way...indirectly or directly transformed her curse into her own magic due to the interfere with the stones-->>so her magic should be actually have some power to undue the curses that are made by devils and their magic.

Basically she has the power to interfere with laws and orders of that world,meaning she has the power to undue the curse was left on Heart Queen and the others.

But the real catch is that she does not have the magic power to do so. That`s why with the help of the stones she undue the spell on the first Wizard King and in that result she undone the curse on herself and resulted as her own magic spell.

Basically she now can transform in the bird and human form on her own will like its her own magic.

P.S. At least that`s what i think so,and that may not be the truth at all...who knows...maybe manga readers.

Asta totally saw under Noelle's skirt when he was flying

1. Mocked their whole lives (like normal people IRL) and now try to go on a suicidal mission instead of a psychologist.
2. They didn't try to find other people who can't use magic and create their own kingdom (Because they stupid).
3. They have no way of knowing for sure if their lives would be better in the Spade Kingdom.
4. Trusting that they will get Devil Power is stupid because if anything, you will get consumed by it and become a puppet. The devil shares his power with no one unless it involved puppeteering. (Even Asta is kind of tied).
5. Instead of focusing about what you can't do, concentrate on what you can. Science is actually amazing and most of you are brilliant. Use that to create a technologically advanced society that uses no magic. (This will obviously create more problems down the line as both sides will hate each other but at least it's more reasonable).
6. A war is coming either way and if you get your so called "devil powers" you will most likely join the war and be defeated because the Clover Kingdom is Asta's home and we support our man-child (so does the plot).

My last point (totally related but unrelated at the same time)

7. Religion is a fucking waste of time. You literally made a cult that worships Asta. Being an extremist doesn't make you right. Looking up to someone is fine, role models are important but worship? No one should be treated like a deity. There is no force in the universe that can justify the horrendous things that religion makes people do. In the name of "a man-made force, person, animal, entity, cosmological piece of dust" or whatever, you are all going to die if you keep this up.
